Job summary

ThedaCare At Work – New London in Wisconsin is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient-centered care under supervision of a registered nurse or clinician. This 0.4 FTE daytime role features weekday hours with no weekends.

You will support nursing care across the continuum in a collaborative setting and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes. Responsibilities include data collection, care planning assistance, interprofessional collaboration, and crisis management.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin LPN Licensure.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS.
• Additional department-specific certifications may be required.
• Valid certification through AAMA/AMT/NHA/NCCT or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Performs delegated tasks using evidence-based practice to collect patient data and assist with care plans.
• Collaborates with interprofessional team to meet patient care needs and outcomes.
• Demonstrates clinical expertise in nursing care appropriate to age and development.
• Identifies ways to improve patient experience and streamline processes while lowering costs.
