HCA Florida Northside Hospital in St. Petersburg, FL seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to lead patient-centered care in a dynamic unit.
You will partner with management to monitor nursing care according to policy and serve as a resource for staff, elevating the patient experience and nursing practice. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, and deliver high-quality care, assist with admissions/discharges, and support leadership in driving improved outcomes.
