Job summary

Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver patient care through the nursing process, and to guide patient and family teaching as well as nursing staff activities. The role may include additional duties as assigned, in alignment with professional nursing standards.

The successful candidate will hold a CA RN license, maintain current BLS certification, and possess knowledge of nursing theory and practice.

Qualifications

• Current and valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State of California.
• Current BLS certification required unless ACLS certification is required for the Associate’s role, department, or specialty in accordance with Nursing Policy NP-II.04.. Knowledge of theory, technique and practice of professional nursing.

Responsibilities

• Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing.

Preferred Qualifications

BSN with Three (3) years clinical experience or a minimum of (6) year’s clinical experience. Previous ED experience TNCC, ENPC, OR.

AFTER HIRE: EDAP, NIHSS

Salary range: $54.70 - $80.87 hourly. Salary will be commensurate with experience
