Qualifications

• Previous experience in adventure/educational settings with youth.
• Minimum 2 years of climbing experience.
• Availability for weekday afternoons and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead youth practices with confidence.
• Create and manage programming schedule with manager.
• Communicate with parents regarding programs.
• Complete SafeSport training for youth coaches.
• Maintain adherence to coaches’ code of conduct.
• Create weekly lesson plans.
• Coordinate with coaching staff on scheduling and youth progress.
