Job summary

UNC Wellness Centers is hiring a Climbing Wall Coordinator to oversee climbing wall operations, staff, safety, and member programming. This onsite role requires a hands-on leader who can manage daily activities and deliver engaging instruction.

The position offers a variable schedule with day, evening, and weekend shifts. A Bachelor's degree and climbing certification (Level 1 and 2 or ability to obtain within 3–6 months) are preferred to ensure high safety standards and quality customer
