Bartlett Tree Experts in Owings, MD, is seeking an Arborist Climber to join our tree care crew. You will climb trees and assist crew leaders in delivering high-quality pruning, removals, and safety-focused services for residential and commercial properties.

This role requires a valid driver's license, at least one year of climbing and aerial lift experience, and the ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• A passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors.
• At least 1 year of tree climbing and aerial lift experience in the tree care industry.
• Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties as directed by the Arborist Crew Leader.
• Safely perform all arboriculture tasks including tree identification, risk assessments, pruning, removals, cabling/bracing, and root collar excavations.
• Maintain and operate tools and equipment and follow safety rules and company policies.
