You will prune, thin, and remove trees for HOAs, resorts, and commercial sites, operate chainsaws and chippers, and adhere to ANSI safety standards while learning and growing in arboriculture.

Qualifications

• Ability to work safely at height and follow established procedures.
• Proficiency with rope-and-saddle climbing and/or aerial lift operation.
• Competence with rigging, chainsaws, and other hand tools.
• Strong safety mindset, professionalism, and respect for teammates and the public.
• Willingness to learn through hands-on training and grow in arboriculture and landscape construction.

Responsibilities

• Climb and work aloft using rope-and-saddle techniques and aerial lifts.
