Qualifications

• 2 years of professional tree climbing and pruning experience.
• Ability to perform high-climbing work safely without constant supervision.
• Strong knowledge of standard rigging techniques and pruning/removal techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert tree climbing and pruning tasks in accordance with ANSI standards.
• Operate machinery including spider lifts, chippers, and chainsaws safely on-site.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 2 years of professional tree climbing and pruning experience.
• Proven ability to perform complex high-climbing work safely without constant direct supervision.
• Strong knowledge of standard rigging techniques and professional Pruning and removal techniques.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 4 years of related work experience in professional arboriculture and field operations.
• ISA Certified Arborist credential or equivalent industry-recognized certification.
• Demonstrated experience operating a spider lift and leading small field crews.
