Central California Asthma Collaborative (CCAC) seeks a Climate Solutions Navigator to educate, engage, and assist residents in accessing state and regional incentives for cleaner homes and transportation.

The role involves one-on-one education, eligibility screenings, and enrollment in climate and environmental justice programs, with occasional travel within California. Strong communication and coordination with partners are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor preferred.
• 1–2 years in outreach, case management, or related field.
• Experience communicating with diverse communities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid California driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Learn electrification topics and health benefits for residents.
• Assist eligible residents with incentive program applications.
• Enroll clients and complete program agreements where applicable.
• Support workshops, presentations, and trainings for communities.
• Collect documents and upload to incentive portals for applicants.
• Coordinate with partner organizations and participate in communications.
• Assist during home assessments and with contractor communications.
• Engage financial partners and provide timely follow-up.
• Maintain client confidentiality per privacy policies.
• Promote CCAC programs at events and outreach activities.
