Job summary

Goldman Sachs Group in New York, NY is seeking an Associate, Enterprise Risk to support the Climate Risk program's day-to-day and strategic initiatives as the program expands.

You will collaborate with the Head of Climate Risk and cross-functional stakeholders to implement regulatory submissions, monitor regulatory changes, and contribute to risk committee materials, disclosures, and climate risk modeling activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sustainability, Mathematics, or related analytical field and three years in the job offered or in a related role.
• Experience leading strategic discussions with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and understanding of both traditional financial risk disciplines and non-financial risks, including climate-related risks.

Responsibilities

• Support day to day responsibilities and strategic priorities of the Climate Risk program.
• Prepare regulatory submissions and support regulatory examinations and other regulatory deliverables.
• Contribute to Risk Committee and Board Risk Committee materials, regulatory submissions, and external disclosures.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Sustainable Finance Group, Controllers, Office of Government and Regulatory Affairs and Legal.
