Qualifications

• Researches, analyzes, and evaluates transportation projects, policies, data, and statutory requirements.
• Develops recommendations, reports, guidance, and analytical tools.
• Coordinates with Caltrans Headquarters, Districts, the California Transportation Commission, CalSTA, regional agencies, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Supports multimodal and freight planning efforts.
• Assists with policy development for port ingress and egress.
• Participates in Readiness and Resiliency Workgroup and port liaison activities.
