DEKRA North America, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Specialist to support client management, scheduling, and certification services.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of relevant office experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to navigate regulatory requirements with professionalism and reliability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2-3 years' experience in office administrative tasks, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access required.
  • Ability to interact cordially and effectively with all contacts inside and outside of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and email certificates of registration and associated seals and marks to clients.
  • Maintain records of report distribution and certification issuance.
  • File associated documentation of auditing activities in client files and other relevant databases.
  • Enter billing information and process invoices for auditing activities.
  • Oversee client & auditor scheduling for audit activities according to established criteria.
  • Prepare client quotes and negotiate contract fees with auditors for services.
  • Prepare and analyze daily reports for management of client activities and services.
  • Perform various other tasks as may be assigned by the manager.

Client SVCS Specialist

Regular Full Time US

Salary Range: $20.00 To $27.00 Hourly

A Day in the Life and the Impact You’ll Make:

The Client Services Specialist is responsible for providing client management support, scheduling support and certification services including receiving, mailing, and filing client correspondence such as letters, reports, invoicing and registration certificates. Maintain communications with auditors, functional managers, clients, and personnel in regional DEKRA offices. DEKRA Certification provides 3rd party accredited audits for a variety of national and international standards.

What You’ll Do:
  • Prepare and email certificates of registration and associated seals and marks to clients
  • Maintain records of report distribution and certification issuance
  • File associated documentation of auditing activities in client files and other relevant databases
  • Enter billing information and process invoices for auditing activities

What You’ll Bring:

Physical Considerations:
  • Ability to work in a general office environment
  • Ability to handle extended periods of computer-based work, including telephone
  • Ability to work flexible and long hours, as needed
Travel Considerations:
  • No travel required for this position with possible exception of initial training (approximately 1 week)

Compensation:

The base pay for this position is $20.00 per hour to $27.00 per hour. Actual pay is based on several factors including market location and position-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

In addition to base pay and benefits listed below you will have an MBO Bonus for individual, division, and corporate performance objectives being achieved (5% of annual salary target).
