• Provide coverage for the Client Support Manager when needed, including issue coordination and escalation support.
• Develop strong technical knowledge of products, processes, and market practices relevant to institutional client servicing.
• Assist with quality-control reviews and help identify opportunities to improve accuracy and consistency.
• Follow established escalation protocols for operational issues, control concerns, and potentially suspicious transactions.

State Street Investment Management, the asset management division of State Street Corporation, is seeking a Client Support Senior Associate. This position reports to the Client Support Manager and is based at the John Adams Building in Quincy.

Role Overview

The Client Support Senior Associate serves as a key point of contact for institutional clients, ensuring trade-related inquiries and settlement needs are addressed accurately, promptly, and professionally. The role partners closely with teams across State Street Investment Management, including the Global Institutional Group, Portfolio Management, and operational business units, to resolve issues, manage risk, and deliver a consistently high-quality client experience. The successful candidate will be client-focused, solutions-oriented, and able to exercise sound judgment when managing critical or time-sensitive matters. This individual will act as an extension of the Client Coverage Group while consistently adhering to established controls, policies, and procedures.

Salary Range

Salary Range: $52,000 - $84,760 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
