Jackson Hewitt - CGH is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to warmly welcome clients, confirm appointments, and provide outstanding service in a busy retail office.

You will engage with clients, distribute marketing materials, follow up with past and potential clients, and help keep clients engaged during wait times. Strong communication and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot common issues.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required.
