Qualifications

• 4+ years of education in Business or Engineering or 4 years of inside sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a customer advocate to ensure needs are met and satisfaction remains high.
• Supports account management by identifying and pursuing additional services.
• Serves as the primary contact for assigned customers to support retention.
• Collaborates with Service Account Managers to drive renewals and service opportunities.
• Makes outbound calls using open WIP, Salesforce reports, and other tools.
