We are looking for an ambitious, goal-oriented individual to join the Client Success team for Bloomberg.com, who can manage the growth of strategic partners for our B2B subscription business in the Americas. You will be responsible for driving revenue retention and growth for an assigned book of business of corporate subscriptions clients, with a focus on cultivating strategic relationships by demonstrating the value of Bloomberg.com to your clients and end users. You will play an integral role in contributing to the growth of a rapidly expanding business unit by deepening our relationships with existing partners, and by articulating Bloomberg Media’s value proposition and capabilities.
Oversee a sizable book of business of existing strategic clients, and uncover opportunities to generate incremental revenue from these partners at renewal and on an ongoing basis.
Prioritize developing relationships with high-value clients to achieve significant year-over-year revenue growth, while retaining and seeking out expansion opportunities with lower-value clients.
Liaise internally with stakeholders, collaborating with other Client Success Managers, New Business, Product, Legal, Marketing, and other parts of our global organization to effectively do your best work and provide an unparalleled customer experience for our clients.Utilize internal systems and functionality to track and enter lead information and results.
Report weekly on activity, sales, lead generation and cumulative results.
Be a strong culture carrier and ambassador for a business that is dynamic and growing quickly
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in account/relationship management, with a successful track record of building, managing and upselling an account base by working with senior decision makers across various departments.
Experience working within innovative sectors (i.e., healthcare, technology, energy, and government) and with clients in multiple regions, with the opportunity to leverage a network of contacts to drive results.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting insights to executives, crafting client-facing proposals, and negotiating business terms.
A strong understanding of Salesforce and Microsoft Excel
Experience working in subscriptions-oriented business a plus
Problem solving and organizational skills; and an ability to conceptualize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects
Willingness to travel domestically to meet with strategic clients (3-4 times per year).
Salary Range = 115,000 - 185,000 USD Annual + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
