Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a customer success professional to serve as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients in Sedalia, MO. You will own client retention, drive renewals, and identify opportunities to expand accounts through upselling and cross-selling.

You will conduct regular check-ins, lead business reviews, develop success plans, and monitor client health indicators to ensure satisfaction. A 2–4 year background in customer success or account management and an associate degree are required.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in customer success, account management, client services, or customer-facing IT services.
• Experience leading client-facing meetings, presentations, or business reviews.
• Associate degree in business, technology, or a related field, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple client accounts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary post-sales advocate for assigned clients.
• Own client retention for an assigned portfolio of accounts.
• Drive account expansion by identifying upselling and cross-sell opportunities.
• Conduct routine proactive check-ins with clients.
• Host and coordinate routine business reviews on a monthly or quarterly basis.
• Develop and maintain success plans for assigned clients.
• Monitor client health indicators such as ticket trends and satisfaction results.
• Support contract renewals in partnership with Solution Consultants.
