Cain Watters & Associates in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a Client Success Coordinator to assist Client Success Specialists by gathering and providing new client data to the financial planning department while maintaining confidentiality. This full-time, non-exempt role operates in an office setting with standard hours 8:30 a.m.
to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday; some flexibility and potential partial remote work may be allowed with management approval.
Reporting to the Client Success Supervisor, the Client Success Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Client Success Specialists with gathering and providing new client data to the financial planning department (balance sheets, GLs, investment statements, etc.) while maintaining confidentiality of client information.
Maintain various financial planning systems by entering new and updated client account information which may include financial statements, investment holdings, debt schedule, personal lifestyles, and insurance policies
Maintain client confidence and protects the Firm by keeping information confidential
Maintain data entry requirements by following Firm processes and procedures
Communicate with Client Success Specialist to ensure information is accurate and up to date
Review client documents and prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
Process client and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies
Verify entered client and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
Purge files as needed to eliminate duplication of data
Assist Client Success Specialist as needed with communication to securely submit information to third parties
Execute administrative tasks required when the Client Success Team receives new clients
Maintain client database by adding new clients and updating existing client & entity information

This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing may be required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some flexibility in hours and ability to work remotely may be allowed based on management’s approval.

Minimum: $20.00/hr - Maximum: $25.00/hr USD
