Bloomingdale's Client Specialist is to maximize sales in their designated area/brand/category by delivering outstanding service and deep product knowledge. The role focuses on building personal clientele, maintaining compelling merchandise presentation, and educating colleagues.

It requires a welcoming, friendly attitude and customer-first mindset. When not with customers, you will support the omni-channel experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years related experience.

Job Overview

When not with customers or doing outreach, the Client Specialist is expected to complete tasks to support the omni-channel experience.

Physical Requirements

• Position requires prolonged periods of standing/walking around store or department
• May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping and color vision
• Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
• Frequently lift/move up to 25lbs
