You’ll build a loyal client base through thoughtful outreach, schedule flexibility, and active participation in store events. You’ll need strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift merchandise and operate POS systems.

• Support all service enhancers to build strong relationships including Concierge.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas including Clientelling/Outreach and appointments.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
• Understand customer needs through curious, confident conversation.
• Share current products and fashion trends to wardrobe customers.
• Participate in community/store activities and events to promote the Talbots brand.
• Represent the brand image professionally.
