Job summary

Talbots in Chestnut Hill, MA is seeking a Regular/Part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver friendly service, drive traffic, and build a loyal clientele. You will work with a diverse team, handle POS systems, and maintain store presentation while meeting sales goals.

You should have strong communication, the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and open availability of 20–29 hours per week. Competitive hourly pay reflects experience, with generous employee discounts.

• Have open availability of 20 – 29 hours per week
• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable climbing ladders, moving around regularly, and standing for extended periods of time.
• Able to bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.
