Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of professional experience and/or direct project management experience, including 3+ years of client facing experience.
• End-to-end operational knowledge to act as SME for operational client needs.
• Excellent interpersonal communication with clients and internal partners.
• Creative and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with healthcare, health benefits, health and wellness, health plans or health systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and balance priorities.
• Metrics-driven with ability to track project metrics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and technical understanding.
• Experience leading meetings and presentations; PMP certification is a plus.
• Multilingual is a plus (proficient in English).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project execution from discovery to delivery and executive read outs.
• Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities to ensure on-time project completion.
• Lead client meetings and internal partner coordination.
• Delegate tasks to downstream teams and create client-specific materials.
• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication.
• Use KPIs to drive prioritization and decisions.
• Manage multiple projects and scale processes for the client lifecycle.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous process improvement.
• Present to clients and stakeholders.
