Job summary

Paychex is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive revenue in the US market by presenting Paychex payroll, HR and benefits solutions to final decision makers. You will build strong client relationships and collaborate with internal teams to deliver complete Paychex offerings.

The role requires at least a H.S. diploma with a preference for a bachelor's degree, and a minimum of 2 years in HCM sales. Travel to conferences and area meetings may be required as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Present Paychex solutions to final decision makers and end users within the prospective universe.
• Build relationships and partner with other Paychex sales reps to drive referrals and offer complete Paychex solutions.
• Analyze customer needs and determine appropriate solutions, referring to the right team when needed.
• Complete and submit accurate new business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports by deadlines set by Sales management.
• Project a positive image of Paychex to clients and the community.
• Travel may be required for conferences, training, or regional meetings.

Overview

Selling Company's products and services by developing relationships with clients and referrals from internal sales partners to increase overall revenue for clients in the 20+ employee space.

Responsibilities

• Presenting Paychex solutions and services to final decision makers and end users within the prospective universe.
• Builds relationships and maintains partnerships with other Paychex sales representatives to effectively drive internal referrals and provide clients with complete solutions available with Paychex product and service offerings.
• Analyzing the customer needs and interests, determining which solutions are appropriate and referring to appropriate party when necessary.
• Completing and submitting accurate new business paperwork, expense reports and weekly activity reports by agreed upon dates set by Sales management.
• Projecting a positive image in representing the Corporation to clients and the community.
• May be required to travel for purposes of attending Conference, training sessions and/or area Zone meetings.

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the compensation range for this position is typically $63,000 - $98,000 . This range includes BOTH base pay plus commissions but does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
