Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Salt Lake City is seeking a Client Service Associate to provide exceptional client service to Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors, supporting daily client needs and administrative tasks.

You will handle money movements, account inquiries, calendar management, and educating clients on digital tools, while staying current on policies and procedures and contributing to marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College degree preferred.
• Industry experience is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7/66 or Series 63/65 where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for FAs/PWAs/teams and support client relationships.
• Execute money movements as requested by clients or advisors.
• Answer general non-investment questions about accounts.
• Enter profile information and prepare documentation as directed.
• Educate clients on digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Support marketing efforts and team business plans.
• Stay current on policies and platforms.
• Participate in training and special projects.
