Job summary

Pace is seeking a Client Services Technician in Peoria, IL. This on-site role runs Tuesday–Thursday 10:30 AM–8:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM. You will join the sample receiving group and receive, unpack, verify, and log samples with attention to accuracy and PPE requirements.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and strong customer service skills; prior shipping or warehouse experience is a plus, with training provided for laboratory tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a preference for candidates with shipping or warehouse experience.
• Able to work in a lab/office setting and follow PPE requirements.
• Willingness to be trained for laboratory environment.
