Job summary

Pace is seeking a Client Services Technician to join our Lakewood, CO lab operations. The role involves traveling to client sites to collect samples, handling samples with care, and assembling client sample kits.

You will support the sample receiving department and maintain supplies, ensuring clean, organized work areas. Candidates should have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent customer service skills with a preference for shipping or warehouse experience.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive to client offices and job sites to pick up samples and drop off supplies.
• Unload and receive client samples and triage them.
• Unpack and repack coolers for shipment to other labs.
• Assemble client sample kits according to guidelines.
• Maintain and stock supplies to meet kit demands.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Operate a company vehicle with GPS/telematics and safety cameras.
