Job summary

Pace Analytical Services LLC is seeking a Client Services Technician to join our environmental testing lab in Houston. You will handle sample receiving and courier duties, driving to client offices and sites to collect samples and deliver supplies, while maintaining accurate kit assembly and inventory.

This entry-level role offers training and opportunities to grow in environmental science, with a focus on safety, PPE, and efficient operations in a fast-paced laboratory setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform work in lab or office setting, stand for long periods, and wear PPE.
• Must be able to lift 20-30 pounds frequently and up to 60 pounds occasionally.
• Comfortable operating a company vehicle with GPS/telematics tracking and safety cameras.

Responsibilities

• Drive to client offices and job sites to pick up samples and drop off supplies.
• Unload and receive client samples and triage their type.
• Unpack and repack coolers for shipment to other labs.
• Assemble client sample kits according to guidelines.
• Maintain and stock supplies to meet kit demands.
• Keep work area clean and organized; assist with office cleaning.
