Job summary

Pace Labs is seeking a Client Services Technician to join the sample receiving department in our environmental testing laboratory. You will receive training and play a key role in handling samples, documentation, and coordination.

The position offers a Tuesday-Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM–2:00 PM schedule with hourly pay of $16.00. Pace Labs emphasizes safety, growth, and a long-term career in environmental science.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required; training provided.
• Ability to perform work in a lab or office setting, stand for long periods, tolerate strong odors, and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform sample-related activities including shipping, receiving, processing, and administration.
• Maintain and update documentation, logs, and databases for accurate sample tracking.
• Participate in training on core laboratory support policies, programs, and practices.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required. We’ll train you!
• Ability to perform work in a lab or office setting, remain standing for long periods, work around strong odors, and wear required PPE (lab coat, safety glasses, gloves - all provided by Pace®).
