Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in the securities industry preferred or equivalent.
• First point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and scheduling meetings.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality administrative support to Financial Advisors.
• Onboard new clients and maintain key client documentation.
• Prepare financial reports and assist in investments.
