Job summary

NFP Corp is seeking a Client Services Associate in South Jordan, Utah. You will develop long-term relationships with clients and handle all account servicing needs, ensuring friendliness, capability, and reliability in every interaction.

You will coordinate with advisers and back-office processors, oversee onboarding, prepare paperwork, and generate reports for scheduled appointments while maintaining detailed notes and delivering accurate service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; finance-related field preferred.
• 1+ year financial industry experience.
• Experience handling highly confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients over the phone, in person, and via email.
• Receive inbound calls and provide accurate responses and service.
• Onboard new clients, generate paperwork, and update client information across systems.
• Prepare reports for scheduled appointments and coordinate with advisers.
