UBS is seeking a Registered Client Associate in Portland, ME. You will keep client records current, educate clients on account services, and assist in preparing materials for meetings.

You’ll also gather documentation for new accounts and service requests, plan team events, and maintain marketing materials while delivering a detailed activity calendar for the team. Ideal candidates hold Series 7 and 66 licenses, have 3–5 years of client service experience in finance, and are strong communicators

Formación

• Licenses required for registered CSAs (Series 7 and 66).
• 3–5 years of client service experience in finance preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Keep management systems up-to-date with client information.
• Educate clients on account services and capabilities.
• Help prepare reports and materials for client meetings.
• Collect documentation for opening new accounts and service requests.
• Plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials.
• Provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities.
