Job summary

Cerity Partners in Mill Valley, CA, is seeking a Client Service Associate to support clients and advisors by handling administrative tasks, account openings, paperwork, and meeting preparation. You will ensure CRM data accuracy and assist with client follow-up and reporting, under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Process account openings, funding, deposits, electronic transfers and money movements with custodians.
• Schedule client meetings and prepare for them.
• Prepare client forms and financial reports ahead of meetings.
• Develop knowledge of investment accounts and products.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain and update CRM data and generate reports.
• Organize advisory team meetings and events.
• Answer client calls and resolve questions/issues.
