Job summary

Old Fort Banking Company in Ohio is seeking a customer-focused CSR to greet clients, handle retail and commercial banking transactions, and resolve servicing issues. The role emphasizes accurate deposits, withdrawals, and currency handling while guiding clients to appropriate banking solutions.

The CSR reports to the Financial Center Manager and works Monday to Friday, 8:45 am–5:15 pm, at our Dayton-area location. Prior cash handling and strong confidentiality are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Cash handling experience is beneficial.
• Proficient computer skills with basic banking systems access.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Follow policies, procedures and directions from management.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a unique client experience aimed at improving client financial wellbeing and loyalty.
• Ensures teller and branch operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Handles transactions including deposits, withdrawals, cashier’s checks, and foreign exchange.
• Accepts loan payments, issues money orders, cashier checks, traveler checks, foreign currency, cash advances and U.S. Savings Bonds.
• Processes all transactions within authorized limits, with manager approval when required.
• Identifies opportunities through client conversations and refers to a banker for further assistance.
