PIMCO Ltd. - Pacific Investment Management Company is seeking an Account Associate to deliver client servicing, portfolio reviews and reporting for institutional clients.

You will collaborate across product, operations and compliance to fulfill requests and support business development through research and data analytics. The role emphasizes CRM discipline, proactive coverage and strong relationship-building within a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Business/Finance, Economics, or Accounting), progress toward the CFA designation is a plus
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial services, asset management, investment banking or accounting
• Completion of Series 7 and 63 within the first six months of employment
• Knowledge of and interest in the financial markets, fixed income, and portfolio management techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Bloomberg, index provider databases, query tools
• Interest and exposure to data analysis, automation tools, AI-assisted workflows; ability and willingness to learn emerging technologies and adopt them in a client-facing context
• Self-starter in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Outstanding relationship building skills
• Ability to articulate analysis, written and verbal
• Collaborative team player across a matrix environment
• Excellent time management, multi-tasking, organization and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver core client servicing materials (portfolio reviews, performance attribution and reporting) and respond to client inquiries with accuracy and timeliness
• Partner with product specialists, operations and compliance to coordinate client activity and resolve requests
• Conduct ongoing client and prospect research by synthesizing internal insights and external market intelligence to identify actionable opportunities
• Maintain and enhance CRM records, client activity tracking and pipeline visibility
• Leverage data and AI-enabled tools to enhance reporting efficiency, quality, speed and scalability; identify workflow improvements
