Job summary

BCI Orion Portfolio Solutions, LLC DBA Brinker Capital Investments is looking for a Service Team Specialist to provide superior service to clients and investment representatives. This hybrid role requires at least three days on-site each week, allowing candidates within commutable distance to apply.

Responsibilities include processing daily work, maintaining compliance, and collaborating with internal teams. Qualified candidates should have experience in financial services, customer service, and ideally hold an Orion Industry Certification.

Salary ranges from $19.82 to $26.16 per hour with benefits starting on day one, including health insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, banking, or financial services.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Orion Industry Certification is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Process daily work for servicing advisors and clients.
• Ensure work accuracy and timeliness within budget metrics.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance measurements.
• Provide feedback for team improvements and status updates.
