• Strong technology skills with Word, Excel, and Google Workspace; quick system learning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing administrative needs for an assigned group of clients and maintain complete records.
• Coordinate setup of new accounts, gather documentation, track assets, and manage onboarding needs.
• Maintain financial and tax-related records; ensure documentation is organized and accessible.
• Coordinate with leadership and external professionals to handle client requests and keep account activities moving forward.
• Build professional relationships with clients, attorneys, and external partners while maintaining confidentiality.
• Support client outreach and relationship development, including inquiries and marketing support.
