Job summary

Delta Dental of Massachusetts is seeking an Account Coordinator to serve as the front-line liaison for groups and brokers. You will manage urgent and ongoing requests, guide clients through enrollments, billing, reporting, and portals, and connect internal teams to deliver timely solutions.

The role emphasizes high-quality service, research-driven issue resolution, and collaboration across departments to support retention and growth in the Large Market Client Service segment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2 years job-related experience.
• Well organized with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and databases (Microsoft Office).
• Understanding of insurance products and underwriting guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Respond to stakeholder requests promptly and professionally.
• Research and manage issue resolution from start to finish.
• Document steps and maintain accurate task logs.
• Provide timely updates to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to obtain needed support.
• Identify workflow improvement opportunities and escalate issues as needed.
• Support account satisfaction and contribute to client retention and growth.
• Prepare renewals with product options and data analysis.
• Present benefit information and assist enrollment activities.
• Assist with contracts, benefit summaries, and materials for changes.
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
