Job summary

Wade Trim seeks a Client Services Director to lead and expand our DFW metroplex Water Team. Must be a licensed PE with a Civil Engineering bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of related experience, including water/wastewater projects. Responsibilities include business development, proposals, design reports, plan reviews, and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business development/sales activities and maintaining client relations.
• At least 5 years of experience in a client service role.
• Experience preparing qualifications summaries, presentations, and proposals.
• Prepare design reports and construction plans using local and state standards.
• Review plans and specifications; assist with scope, budget, and schedule for new tasks.
• Mentor senior, mid, and junior staff; review project status and reports.
• Attend client, public, project, and staff meetings; provide project oversight of technical planning and construction services.
• Collaborate with Water Market Segment to achieve annual revenue objectives; maintain a safe working environment.
• Active involvement in professional societies; hold a PE license and Civil Engineering degree.

Position Description:

We are looking for a Client Services Director to join our Water Team to lead and expand our DFW metroplex market. The candidate must be a licensed PE with a bachelor's degree in engineering with fifteen years of related experience. The candidate should have experience working with various projects that may include water/wastewater treatment plants, wastewater collection and conveyance systems, water distribution and transmission systems, storm water, hydrologic and hydraulic models and/or other water resource projects. The candidate must also be self‑motivated, work well with others, and have excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills.

• Manage business development/sales activities and maintain excellent client relations
• At least 5 years of experience in a client service role
• Experience preparing a summary of qualifications, presentations, and proposals
• Prepare proposals and presentations
• Past experience preparing design reports and construction plans using local and state standards
• Review plans and specifications
• Assist with the development and/or review of the project scope, budget, and schedule for new project tasks
• Mentor senior-level, mid-level, and junior-level staff
• Review project status and other reports
• Attend client, public, project, and staff meetings including client progress, plan review, pre-construction, etc.
• Provide project oversight of technical planning, design, and construction management services on various projects
• Collaborate with the Water Market Segment to develop, implement, and achieve annual revenue objectives
• Maintain a safe working environment
• Be active in professional societies in which clients, or potential clients, are members
• Professional Engineering License
