We are seeking a full-time Client Services Coordinator to join our busy practice. This is a multi-faceted role that combines hands-on file processing, administrative coordination, and significant client interaction.
The Client Services Coordinator works closely with the Client Services, Funding, and Drafting Departments to coordinate information, documents, scheduling, and other tasks necessary to keep client matters moving forward. This position is often the hands-on person behind the scenes making sure files are complete, organized, and progressing as they should.
At the same time, this is a highly client-facing role. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting and seating clients, taking payments, and responding to client inquiries.
Success in this position requires someone who can manage multiple moving parts, prioritize competing demands, stay organized, and maintain accuracy and professionalism throughout the day.

This is a full-time position primarily based in our Fishers office, with occasional travel to our Franklin office a couple of times per month to support client meetings and other office needs.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with either a traditional work schedule or an alternative schedule that supports evening appointments on Mondays and Wednesdays. While evening availability is not required, flexibility to accommodate evening appointments is a definite plus.
