Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to obtain securities licenses (Series 7/66/63/65) as applicable.
• Experience in customer service or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for a FA/PWA/team including: supporting the FA/PWA/team in cultivating and enhancing new and existing client relationships.
• Execute money movement transactions at the request of the client and/or FA/PWA.
• Answer general non-investment questions concerning client accounts, including relaying stock positions and account balances.
• Enter profile information or pre-fill account documentation on client accounts and/or documents in a clerical capacity.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (e.g. MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Support FAs/PWAs/teams’ marketing strategy (e.g., website maintenance).
• Assist FAs/PWAs/teams in delivering against their business plan and client service model.
• Remain current on policies and new platforms; participate in firm initiatives.
