Client Services Associate, Surveys (2026 Start Dates)

Our online B2B survey platform gives clients access to high‑quality responses from a pre‑screened, proprietary network of experts in all geographies, industries and functions. The Surveys team works around the clock to design, code, field and deliver surveys that deliver actionable quantitative and qualitative insights.
The Survey Associate will be a key enabler in delivering top‑quality survey products that help clients qualify and quantify industry trends through benchmarking analyses, product forecasting, and competitive market analyses. Reporting to the Regional Manager, Surveys, the associate will interact daily with clients, internal product and data teams, and our specialist community across Consulting and Private Equity verticals.
Responsibilities
- Execute surveys that help clients benchmark industry trends and conduct product forecasting and competitive analyses.
- Provide feedback on client survey design, targeting specialized topics and populations.
- Build and maintain panels of experts according to client requirements.
- Navigate complex survey requests and client‑specific preferences.
- Coordinate, problem‑solve and build strong working relationships with panellists, clients, survey partners and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Experience collaborating in a high‑throughput, deadline‑driven, client‑servicing environment.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational abilities.
- Commercial acumen and interest in, or familiarity with, healthcare, technology, life sciences, consumer goods and financial services, and an understanding of how Consulting and Private Equity clients operate.
- Proven ability to work in a rigorous, fast‑moving environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong analytical outlook, including experience with data sets in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize, identifying and solving problems.
- Preferred: experience with market research and survey design, particularly online survey platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 0‑2 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of Consulting and Private Equity, various industries, and data analysis.
- By the start of employment, the successful candidate must have permission to work in the country of application.
