Job description

We are a boutique financial services firm dedicated to providing personalized wealth management and financial planning solutions to our valued clients. Our close-knit team fosters a collaborative, professional environment where every member plays a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences. We are seeking a detail-oriented, service-focused Client Service Associate to join our team

— think of this role as the "paralegal" of financial services: highly administrative and operational, with a strong emphasis on supporting advisors and ensuring seamless client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling phone calls, emails, scheduling meetings, and greeting visitors (receptionist duties for entry-level candidates).
  • Assist with account opening, maintenance, transfers, and other operational processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare materials for client meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle day-to-day client inquiries and requests, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Support advisors with administrative tasks, including data entry, CRM updates, document preparation, and reporting.
  • For experienced candidates: Participate in client meetings, communicate directly with clients on more complex matters, and take on greater responsibility in service delivery and relationship management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (finance, business, or related field a plus, but not required).
  • Experience in financial services, administrative support, customer service, or a related field is ideal; entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a professional, client-oriented demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with CRM software or financial platforms a bonus).
  • Series 7/66 or similar licenses a plus (or willingness to obtain with firm support).
  • Passion for delivering outstanding service and working in a team-focused environment.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) and benefits package.
  • Opportunity for professional growth in a supportive boutique setting.
  • Collaborative culture with direct impact on client satisfaction and firm success.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven role and enjoy building relationships while handling essential operational details, we'd love to hear from you!
