Job summary

Citi in San Francisco is seeking an entry-level Client Services professional to support Securities Specialists and high-net-worth clients. Responsibilities

• Monitor money managers' performance and provide monthly updates.
• Support Securities Specialists with client market updates, new accounts, documentation approval, wire transfers, journals, stock transfers, account maintenance, capital call notices, fixed income maturities, settled free cash, reorganization notices, performance reporting, and Executive Financial Services requests.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and target investors for various investment products and offerings.
• Manage high call volume, screen and prioritize phone calls.
• Coordinate with Private Banking Universe including Private Bankers, RO's, Investment Counselors, Securities Specialists and Wealth Team members as needed.
• Assess risk in business decisions, ensure compliance with laws and Citi policies, and escalate/report control issues with transparency.

Responsibilities

• High proficiency of Capital Markets, Bloomberg, Reuters and Microsoft Office Monitor money managers performance and update monthly
• Provide high level of support to Securities Specialists including but not limited to, client market updates, new account opening and modification, documentation approval, wire transfers, journals, stock transfers, account maintenance, capital call notices, fixed income maturities, settled free cash, reorganization notices, performance reporting, Executive Financial Services requests
• Build and maintain relationships with client base, be familiar with target clients for various investment products and offerings
• Manage high call volume, screen and prioritize phone calls, take initiative with client inquiries
• Depending on business model, liaise with Private Banking Universe including Private Bankers, RO's, Investment Counselors, Securities Specialists and/or Wealth Team including Advisors, Relationship Managers, Investment Counselors
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
