About Carnegie Private Wealth

Carnegie Private Wealth manages over $2.5 billion for more than 1,400 households. You'll join a team of 7 Client Service Associates, each working directly with 1–2 Wealth Advisors.

About the Role

You'll be the first call when a client needs money moved, an account opened, or a beneficiary changed, and the person advisors trust to get it right the first time. It's an operations seat, not an admin one.

What You'll Do
  • Onboard new clients with our checklists and task templates, from first signature to funded account.
  • Open, transfer, and close advisory and brokerage accounts, and oversee asset transfers through completion.
  • Process client-requested changes and transactions, including distributions, beneficiary updates, and money movement.
  • Work your advisors' task queue in WealthBox and keep every client record current.
What Success Looks Like
  • By week six, you've worked through our training checklist and are handling your own work, with a teammate double-checking it.
  • Advisors hand you a task and stop worrying about it, because they know it'll be done right and on time.
What You Bring
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; FINRA Series 7 and 63, plus 65 or 66, preferred but not required. We sponsor licensing for new hires.
  • 2-5 years of client service or operations experience in brokerage, wealth management, or banking. Serving affluent clients in another industry counts as well.
  • A sharp eye for detail. A transposed digit in an account number bothers you.
  • You'd rather follow a proven checklist than reinvent it, and you ask when something doesn't fit.
  • Warm with clients, efficient on the phone, and happiest as part of a team.
  • You want a long-term career in client service, not a stepping-stone to an advisor seat.

Carnegie Private Wealth is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds.
