Responsibilities

• Answer, screen, and route phone calls; take messages as needed
• Process client service items including withdrawals and beneficiary changes
• Coordinate with team to complete new accounts
• Organize, maintain client paperwork and records
• Prepare documents, notes, and presentations for client meetings
• Follow up with clients to obtain required information
• Maintain client databases with call history and correspondence
• Draft general correspondence and confidential communications
• Provide superior client service and liaison between Advisor and Client
• Communicate with broker/dealer and product contacts
• Handle miscellaneous tasks as assigned
