Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking Registered Client Service Associates to support Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors in Bellevue, WA. You will handle client inquiries, process transactions, onboard clients, and maintain accounts with a client-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Active securities licenses: Series 7 and Series 66, or Series 63 and Series 65.
• Two+ years of industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of equities, bonds, funds, and other products.
• Advanced MS Office skills and strong writing ability.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong prioritization and organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for a FA/PWA/team and cultivate client relationships.
• Execute money movement requests and answer non-investment questions.
• Onboard and maintain client accounts; collect documentation as needed.
• Educate clients on digital tools and assist with enrollment.
• Support marketing efforts and assist with meeting client service goals.
• Handle administrative tasks including calendar management and travel
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and new platforms.
