Job summary

AssetMark seeks a Team Leader for its Client Support team. You will mentor four to eight specialists, reinforce service standards, and partner with the VP of RIA Service to create a high-performing, client-focused team.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years supporting RIAs, 2 years in leadership, and a track record of KPI-driven improvement. Hybrid schedule near Charlotte, NC or Phoenix, AZ with a base salary of 80,000–106,500 and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting RIAs or similar client service teams.
• Leadership experience mentoring a team.
• Experience reporting on service KPIs and driving improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of four to eight Client Support Specialists.
• Build a collaborative, accountable team culture.
• Train on service standards, processes, tools, and best practices.
• Improve workflows to boost consistency and efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and share results with leadership.
• Act as primary escalation point for complex advisor issues.
• Ensure timely, high-quality client service resolutions.
• Foster cross-team partnerships for timely issue resolution.
