Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and solve customer needs (in person or by phone).
• Data entry and inquiry in banking systems.
• Process and verify various financial transactions and documents.
• Prepare and complete reports and forms accurately.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Sell and cross-sell Riverview products and services.
• Follow branch procedures and comply with laws.
