Job summary

Prizm Insurance & Risk Services is seeking a Client Service Specialist to support the sales and service teams in evaluating prospects and clients' commercial insurance needs and assist with account servicing and administration.

You will prepare documentation for new business and renewals, manage MVRs, update Applied Epic, and coordinate with carriers, clients, and partners while maintaining confidentiality and a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Wisconsin agent's license required, or the ability to obtain within six (6) months of hire.
• 0-2 years' experience in an administrative or customer role, preferably in insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist and prepare relevant documentation for new business and renewal submissions.
• Prepare proof of insurance and auto identification cards.
• Assist with retrieving and evaluating Motor Vehicle Records (MVR).
• Request changes from carriers, update Agency Management System (Applied Epic) and create follow-up activities.
• Process account changes by verifying coverages, invoices, and updating Applied Epic.
• Manage claim activity and follow-up.
• Investigate and correct omitted items and commission variances from endorsements and policies.
• Assist with commission reconciliations.
• Interact with agency personnel, prospects, clients, and insurance partners.
• Develop and maintain positive work relationships with team members.
• Support service team managing activities and workflow.
• Complete special projects and other duties as requested.
• Manage small business accounts.
