Job summary

ApTask is seeking a Project Coordinator with 2-3 years of experience in banking operations to support migration and onboarding projects. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.

You will work onsite in Plano, TX, five days a week, with shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM as project needs dictate. Proficiency in MS Teams, Zoom, and the Office suite is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in banking operations, treasury services, commercial banking, or payments.
• Experience supporting migration, transformation, onboarding, or implementation projects.
• Strong client-facing experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Experience coordinating projects and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical or operational concepts to business users.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to work onsite in Plano, TX, five days per week.
• Flexibility to work shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM based on project needs.
